Current feedback systems

Please contact the school office for any feedback you would like to provide. This will be triaged and sent on to the relevant staff member.

Our main annual feedback system is the Parent Survey, which is most often sent out in Summer Term each year.

In the past...

In the past few years, in our desire to improve communication and transparency within the school, we had termly Focus on Feedback surveys. We sent out an online form in the first few weeks of each term, which parents can access to give us feedback on all things related to Polehampton. This ran from Spring 2024 to Summer 2026.

We would then add all points from parents and our responses to our website (Polehampton website / Parents / Parent feedback). Parents could add any feedback, ideas or (constructive) criticism, and we'll endeavour to respond to every point. 

We thoroughly appreciate all constructive and supportive feedback that is sent in to us in the spirit of our school values of compassion, honesty and perseverance. Together, we can work as a team to continue to develop and improve our school.
